OUR Staff

Dr. Richard Miller received his B.A. in Biology and Chemistry from Emporia State University and his D.D.S. from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. He served three years in the U.S. Army Dental Corp stationed at Aberdeen, Maryland then returned to Emporia as an associate in a private practice for two years. He has practiced at his current Lenexa location since 1985.

 Dr. Michael Sullivan has lived in the Kansas City area since 1964 and is a 1976 graduate of Shawnee Mission West High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at Kansas State University in 1980 with a bachelor's degree in Biology, and attended the UMKC School of Dentistry from 1980 to 1984. Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Sullivan completed a residency in general practice at the Veterans Administration Medical Center-Kansas City in 1985. He began private practice at the Lenexa location as an associate of Dr. Robin Potter, and eventually purchased the practice in association with Dr. Miller in February 1988. 

Elizabeth  has lived in the Kansas City area all her life and graduated from St. Pius X High School in KCMO. She attended the UMKC School of Dentistry where she received her bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene in 1991. Elizabeth has practiced at Miller, Sullivan & Associates since 1993.

Front office Staff - Amy, Chris and Evelyn have a combined 30 years of dental experience and are ready to help you with all your questions and concerns.

Dental assistants Karen and Julie are compassionate and friendly and strive to ensure that your visit is comfortable. 

Patricia is a registered Dental Hygienist and has been with Miller, Sullivan and Associates since 2023. She received her Bachelor's degree from Wichita State University in 1991.

Patricia and her husband have two daughters and a son-in-law. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Wendy is a registered Dental Hygienist and has been with Miller, Sullivan and Associates since 2022. She graduated from Johnson County Community College in 2003.

Wendy and her husband have two children. She enjoys spending time with her family.

Gina is a registered Dental Hygienist and has been with Miller, Sullivan and Associates since 2024. She gratuated from Johnson County Community College in 2008. She grew up in Lawrence, has two daughters that keep her busy, enjoys walking, going to the gym and healthy cooking in her spare time.
